Mo Dip!
Add 2 tablespoons of our universal seasoning to 1 pint of sour cream. Mix throughly and you’ll have a delicious dip with a beautiful, subtle spicy ending. Serve with veggies and pretzel sticks. Chill for an hour before serving for maximum flavor.
Award Winning Mo Wings!
Wash and dry your chicken wings. Add just our universal seasoning liberally to the chicken and leave it in a food prep bag for 45 minutes. Grill them on indirect heat at around 275 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour. Render the fat until the skin is super crispy and you’ll be the big star at the BBQ!!
Baked Salmon!
Take (1) 8oz Salmon filet and coat it with a little olive oil. Sprinkle (1) teaspoon of our universal seasoning on the salmon, lay 2 lemons and some parsley on the fish. Cook with parchment paper at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Taste the flavor!!
Roasted Vegetables!
Cut up a vegetable medley, toss in olive oil, add (1-2) tablespoons of our universal seasoning and toss the vegetables. Throw it in a roasting pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until the vegetables caramelized. You’re immediately the best cook in the room!!
Iowa Pork Chop!
Use 1 bone in Iowa Pork Chop. Coat with a little olive oil,. Rub in (1) teaspoon to season the pork. You can grill or bake them at 400 degrees for 25-30 mins. If you bake them I would brown them in a pan first. Poooooorrrk Chooooooop!!!
