Patrick’s Turkey Brine

2 Gallons of Water
1 Cups of Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup Mo’rub
1 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Cup of Dark Molasses
1 Cup of Honey
2 TBS Whole Black Pepper Corns

Let the bird brine for 8-12 hours…. It will not hurt to go 24 hours…..
